First, I'll message that person, then I'll go and grab the stuff and bring it up front, message that person to say I am ready for them to open their gates and we can deal.

Any trades will be conducted in the buyer' s town, and it really is a case of first person able to complete a trade gets the item, And sorry, I am not reserving items as have been let down too many times in the past.
