Tia has found a happy new home!

Tia's in boxes and ready to go. I just want her out as quickly as possible since I am trying to move some villagers back in!

Please, please, PLEASE have a clear void if you want her. If you know you your void isn't clear or you are unsure, then I can have you visit my husband's town first.

This is first-come first-served and you have to be able to pick her up immediately! I want to keep moving quickly, so if there isn't any interest after 30-ish minutes then I'll void her.

Please don't pick any items up, but feel free to run in my town. I don't care if you feel like checking my shops, but let me know beforehand instead of running off without warning.
