Also, because my top three priorities are all higher in tiers than Tia, I can throw in 100 tbt bells when you offer a tier one villager in my list.

Might want to know:
- I have a soft spot for all normals, so feel free to try and tempt me. I already have Skye, Vesta and Maple though.
- Tia is still wearing her original shirt and has her original catchphrase. Only one or two pieces have changed from her home. This is good considering she was one of my starters!
- I have 100% wi-fi rating and I only accept offers from people who have been here since April 20th and have 100% wi-fi rating too.
- I do love Tia, so do not sell her. If she moves without warning, please give her away. If you would like, I can do the same with the villager you gave me.
