Yeah, it is. Why do they do it? Who knows.

I had a storm a few days ago, and I had to reboot my computer 4 times because my modem kept losing its connection.

always some dangerous chemical or X-rays and stuff.
Of course you only hear about it when someone does get super powers never the millions who don't and end up with something like cancer..... I think i said too much there though
