Why not just work at those things yourself? At least the ones you can... Might be faster that way. A lot of the game play is focused on accomplishments anyway. That's why it's so time consuming while at the same time rewarding. If you feel you need to take easy ways out of getting anything quicker, why play the game in the first place?
Sorry if that sounds harsh, but it's really not that hard to get those items. Time consuming yes, but not hard.
