Once you download once, are you set? Or do you have to do it each time you start the game?

sorry for bringing this up but the first time i saw blanca she had a majora's mask face lol it was the majoras mask...this happen to any one else?

I think every time you connect to wifi it downloads stuff. I check wifi almost every day (and never find anybody despite my full friend list :/) Anyways I have had blanca probably 15 times in the past month, plus I got that coin from whats his face. I hav ealso gotten a few bottles.
