The mermaid exterior and roof continues to elude me...

My Nook's Homes is taking forever to offer the exterior and I missed out on the roof. Is anyone's Nook's carrying either of those? I'll be more than happy to tip you in bells or give you a couple TBT just for letting me come over and buy from your shop.
