I dare say that yes, it does in fact still exist. I know this because when I was younger I was playing in my grandfather's office and I found things that, honestly, disturbed me at this young age. I quickly put the items back and left the office, and years later asked my grandfather about them. He seemed hesitant to tell me exactly what they were, but he said something about "skull & bones" and I knew at once what he was talking about and dropped the term "illuminati" and he just quietly nodded.
Now, I'm going to say this as gently as possible, yes, some celebrities are a part of the illuminati, or some other secret society, but all of them, No. I can almost guarantee that every political figure in the world is part of something, and none of them are really any good. If an organisation has to be kept secret, then even if there are some good things, as a whole it's not good.
I don't know where my grandfather stands as a member, or even if he still is or not or ever was. I don't know if he has connections or if he's a full blown member. He will take it to his grave, and I know that. But there is a side of this world that most people do not know, and there will always be people quietly pulling the strings of society to fulfill their own needs. That's just how humanity works.

The Illuminati? Hard to say. In my ninth grade art class, I overheard some girls talking about no longer going to Illuminati meetings because they weren't "into that **** anymore". Was it the real Illuminati, or just a silly teen thing? I don't know. I do believe that a lot of artists use Illuminati imagery to capitalize off of the taboo/ just to mess with people, though.
The Illuminati did, at one point, exist. But, the theory of a modern-day Illuminati doesn't seem all that legitimate. There are a lot of strange things in the world, and, I wouldn't be at all surprised if there was something similar to that of the Illuminati going on, but, I don't think it's the Illuminati. The Illuminati were eradicated, and, a theory of their current presence is just a theory.
Triangles, basically. Have you ever seen a triangle? Oh, they're bad. No, but, in all seriousness, the Illuminati is supposed to be a secret society dedicated to ruling the world. They were real, but, they were eradicated, and, their presence in the modern world is a mere theory.

I don't believe in it. I think it's a ridiculous concept, that a musical artist, actor, or politician can be involved in something like the old Illuminati. They're just entertainers, it's their job, and people are just overreacting. It's just the way it works. One thing has been interpreted as another, and it causes controversy. It's happened all the time. This is no different. And I totally agree with the Lady Gaga thing. How can somebody in a satanic organization be so empowering and inspiring to so many people? It doesn't make sense.

Idk if I should say yes or not, but I remember seeing conspiracy theory videos on Illuminati. I stopped watching them because I always felt uncomfortable watching them...
