The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth

Is anyone here a fan of this game? It's a dungeon-crawling rogue-like with randomised items and bosses, if you haven't heard of it.

Anyway, come here to impart tips and just talk about the game. Right now, I'm stuck on my sixth Mum kill with Lilith (favourite by far, give her a try if you haven't, she's quite easy to unlock with certain synergies, Incubus is a beautiful starting item. Anybody's favourites? I have all but ???, Lost and Keeper but I haven't played many.), trying to get 11 so I get unrestricted access to Cathedral, Sheol and Blue Womb. Anybody have any suggestions? I keep getting nuked somewhere in the Womb or Depths/Necropolis, usually I end up with very low heart containers.

I've heard Keeper's absolute crap because he's only got two hearts (Coins), like the bad brother of ???. I'd only use him if I could easily get the Swallowed Penny, honestly.

Haven't played that in a while but yeah it's really noice stuff and def. needed if you did all you could on the vanilla game

Wow I barely played afterbirth. Brb booting it up now.
I played rebirth a TON, though. I got to the isaac fight with the Lost, got him down to super low health and got hit with an undodgable beam. Feels bad man.
