That moment when you drop your 3ds/games/accessories

I just dropped my game card on the floor and I know it'll be fine but it always worries me. Does anyone else kind of get worried when they drop their 3ds? Probably because its so valuable to me.

I've only dropped my 3ds once but my cat has knocked it to the floor a couple times >:c immediately horrorstruck

lol I get worried but nintendo consoles are usually quite sturdy. My friend drops her gamecube down the stairs by accident sometimes and it's fine lol (well more like 2 steps)

I literally have a panic attack when I drop it.

I feel more scared when I drop my DS than when I'm going in to exams or something

I dropped my 3DS onto concrete from maybe 3 feet up, it gets a few scratches.
I dropped the same 3DS onto rubber tile maybe 2 feet up, it's broken beyond repair.

I rarely drop anything. So not worried about dropping the games cartridges, and my 3DS never falls down, but if it did I'd burst into flames.

I haven't dropped my 3DS yet but honestly Nintendo products are designed to take a little wear.

My DS however got dropped multiple times... in the end the thing that killed it was a drop sideways while open, the top already coming loose, the top screen just popped right off.

I could count on one hand the times that I've dropped my 3DS, and it's still in perfect condition. *phew* It's a mini-heart attack every time, though...

As for dropping accessories or games, if I drop a stylus, it's gone. I've already lost two. I'm down to my last two spares. :/

I keep my 3DS next to me on my bed when I'm distracted by other things, and yesterday I shifted and accidentally knocked it off the side. I nearly had a heart attack just from that, because several years ago I dropped my first DS on the floor and it completely ruined the bottom screen and I had to get a new one. Of course back then I dropped it open and face down on hardwood floor and just this time I had carpeting, but still ever since that first time I've always taken to very strictly carry all handhelds with both hands. And clutched tightly if I'm walking around.
