gah. I was doing a bit of landscaping in my town the other night and a trantula suddenly spawned and scared the crap out of me so I had to run all the way to main street to avoid not being bitten. XD

The excactly same thing happened to me... Except the fact I got REALLY shocked, it was the first time I ever saw one, and I (accidentally) turned of the whole system XD

Why are people so scared of it? It's a game. If it bites you, you just get sent back to your house. No big deal.

They're not that hard to get it's just annoying to see them spawn

No need to call people names. I think it would be cool though if there was a night where your town gets overrun with tarantulas and scorpions all over the place and you have to avoid them to go anywhere without getting bitten / stung. If your character gets bitten or stung (s)he dies and gets deleted. Ok, that wouldn't be cool; let's just stick with getting sent back to your house.

ive caught two and seen five, the other three bit me lol. but for some reason whenever i see one it scares the crap out of me, its so surprising to see a giant crawling bug right next to you out of no where.

I haven't seen one yet in my town
I do have loads of flowers in my town, does that matter?
I have one in my museum, but scared because I don't have a scorpion in there yet, hopefully they will spawn even though i have so many flowers

i'm just REALLY bad at catching them! gah

@misspiggy95 they should spawn even if you have lots of flowers; just make sure you have a free spot in your inventory when you go to catch it if it spawns in the middle of a bunch of flowers, otherwise your character will be forced to drop it
