I finally have moved almost all the houses to the beach, and I am ready to start terraforming. Wondering if anyone had any pointers, suggestions, or ideas they would like to share with me. It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and have a great day! :)

Honestly, I'd say to just start experimenting and having fun with it. :) I'd suggest experimenting with terraforming, and different ideas, on a small section of your island. Just be aware that if you do a huge amount of time consuming work (like creating a huge lake or something) but end up deciding you need it somewhere else, auto save can really be a bother.

Work in acres, and experiment a lot. There are tools online to help you design things as well, or you can use paper to draw out ideas.
