I restarted my game recently because I hated the location of my Town Hall (being too close to the airport.)
Teddy was a starter villager in this town, I barely talked to him or gave him anything because I was time traveling to get back to where I was the last time.
I pushed him out with an amiibo card, just to let you know.
He's for free.
His house is next to the Airport on the right side.
Please don't run off nowhere else.
