Pokémon Team and item ideas?

I'm looking for a good team that is well balanced.
I will 100% for sure be using Gardevoir because she is my favorite. If anyone has good team member ideas/held item ideas please let me know.

Also: I don't care about Ivs and all that crap. I just want a cool shiny team
