Apparently to someone in Canada it's not cold because they're used to it, to them 60 degrees is hot, wtf XD.

We have it different we have Celsius..

It depends in which part of Canada, you're in. Im near Vancouver, so it isn't that bad. If your up north, (ehem Alaska is up there too...) It's colder like in the Territories..
It's the same as USA I mean some states have never seen snow, while others are having blizzards.
