Lolly is the 2nd most popular villager. So the price should be anywhere from 100tbt, to 150tbt.
It also depends on how original the villager is. Most people want it to be as original as possible. Mainly the house. If the house was changed in any way, this may turn some buyers away. Depends on what was taken out of the house, and what was put in. Clothes don't matter, cause those can be change via Isabelle, as well as the greeting.

A good amount for tangy is at least 100tbt. Since she's completely original and tier two, perhaps put a buyout price of 150? You never know how auctions will go unfortunately
