Tamagotchis, anyone?

Long shot but it's worth a try... Does anyone here also like Tamagotchis? Like currently? Or liked them in the past? I just picked one up (Tamagotchi ON version) not long ago and started playing again. It's super fun and I like need people to talk to about it lol XD

I should also mention that I've been (very slowly) collecting them since 2006.

I love them and had one as a kid. Haven't bought one as an adult though, kinda scared I'll neglect it lol. I just occupy my time with the two Tamagotchi DS games.

I really like how they look, and I'm considering buying one or a few. I'm sure I'll end up ignoring it, but I think they're a cute addition to any retro/general collection.

I used to play them a lot when I was younger. I hung one on the outside of my school bag and it got stolen

I don’t have the newest version but my best friend bought it when we went to japan and it looks super cute. I decided to buy a switch game instead so I didn’t get one, but we ended up going to get another one for her because she wanted to do the Bluetooth thing to unlock the mermaid palace :’D

Yes, got my first ever tamagotchi when I was in the 2nd or 3rd grade which was V2. My second one was V3. I was so addicted but I wasn't the only one... as a lot of other kids played tamagotchis. Every now and then I felt nostalgic and put a new battery in my old tamagotchi but I ended up getting bored of it after a while.

I have a Tamagotchi ON and currently obsessed with it!
I customized mine (check it out here) and people seem to really like it. I'm thinking about changing the whole color theme into more bright though. I really want a Tamagotchi Meets Pastel, but I'm not sure I am ready to handle two at once, haha. But they are cheap and so cute.. q-q

Anyways, I don't really have anyone to talk about it, except when I post once in a while on the subreddit, so feel free to talk to me about it, if you want! Also thinking about making a Instagram Account for it, because I make small drawings for my Tamas at the moment, but hmm (^～^ゞ

i used to love them growing up. i also got an anniversary one last christmas which made me remember how annoying they can be with the constant beeping lol. there's a mobile game called my tamagotchi forever and it's actually pretty decent

I had some basic tamagotchis (not from the original manufacturer I think) as a kid but they were very boring tbh. hahaha

However I always loved the aesthetics/concept of tamagotchis and I've also made art inspired by them!

Ya only Bandai makes the original high quality Tamas lol never trust any made in China, especially XDD

Also those are so cute!! <3 I especially really love the Solosis one~ That's one of my fave Pokemon :'D
