Rena was bustling around the kitchen, preparing her annual Toy Day lunch with a smile on her face. The kitchen smelled of fresh herbs and spices as she chopped vegetables, mixed ingredients, and stirred pots. She wasn’t alone. Sherb and Chester had volunteered to help and they were doing their best! Sherb was tasked with setting the tables. He hummed a festive tune while arranging plates and utensils, though occasionally his attention wandered. Chester, on the other hand, was in charge of keeping an eye on the cooking, though he seemed more focused on trying to sneak little tastes of the food than actually helping.

As the final touches were added, Rena looked over at her helpers, who were now playfully juggling the napkins and laughing. “Alright, you two,” she said with a grin, “let’s get everything onto the table. Our friends will be here soon!”

It was pouring so I stopped by Brewster’s for some coffee and found little Daisy Mae enjoying a cookie. I wish I could wipe her nose for her lol

I invited Mineru for coffee and to chitchat since she’ll be moving to Tanakuatua soon!

I enjoyed a boat tour with Kapp’n, where I gathered materials and went fishing. I managed to reel in a king salmon and a tilapia! Back on my island, I caught a puffer fish and salmon. All the fish were donated to the museum!​
