Buying Sweets exterior!

I want to complete my house exterior and my chose theme- sweets theme!
I have all apart from:
Roof
Fence
(is there a stone design?)

As you can see not much is left.
I thought as I'm only coming to your town to ask Nook to sell it in my town, it should be free!
But I thought after that if coming to get these items that I have been looking for, for ages! So I'm willing to pay 5k!
