Buying Sundae Hat for 2 million!!

I've been trying to find the Sundae hat forever but no luck.
I can't seem to find a good pic, but I know it's available at Gracie's in the Fall.
Can anybody help me?
Maybe if they have one or TT to the fall? ^^;
