title! i caught three for prep when mr flick next shows his absent self, but then realized i don't actually know if the model lights up, which is objectively the WHOLE draw to having the model (

According to this datasheet, no. Look for Firefly Model (row 371) under the Miscellaneous sheet then the Lighting Type column (column AB).

Who knows, though - maybe it's wrong! It's a pretty reputable source of info - used by a fair number of cataloguing sites.
