Sudden Rainstorm?

So earlier today, I was playing my ACNL. the sky was really clear. I put my 3ds down at 1:30, saved and quit. Then I came back later and it was POURING in my town. There was lightning and everything. I was like "Ok?". Now I come back on and it's sunny outside. It was weird, because in past games it would be raining the whole day or at least be gloomy. Correct me if I'm wrong.

This happens in the UK alot.
It also happened to me before, when at 12PM, it was sunny and bright. At 1PM, it was cloudy and dark, then at 4PM it was clear again.

That happened to me today too! I stepped out of my museum and I just stared at my screen like o_o

I've never seen it rain that hard, and now it's perfectly sunny again. July seems to have wildly vacillating weather.

I know right? I was like "Ok, well I guess I can go catch arapaima and coelacanths now!

This happened to me today also. I was in Club LOL giving Shrunk a fruit for another emote, and when I walked back out I was flooded with rain!
