Stupid question but how are people doing that 'twitch walk?'

I see it on almost every YouTube video I watch where the players will do some kind of moon walk twitch? Can't describe it. But how are they doing that??

My boyfriend and I discovered this in local play, it's when you walk really really slowly, your character will appear to be doing a weird twitch walk, you can only see other players do it if they walk slow you can't see your own character do it

Happens online play too. It was even funnier when a friend was dressed as Elvis Presley while he was walking slowly. Words cannot express

If you try to sneak in multiplayer or yeah walk slow, it looks like that creepy inching walk motion you're talking about. No one can see you in the sneak position, so we all look like creepy twitchy people.

I love seeing this happen, it makes me giggle pretty badly. My sister also preformed this by inching along, spamming up on the joycon.
