Streetpass badge?

I got a bronze badge today for streetpass even though I've only gotten 80 tags. I thought the badge required 100 to get it. Are there different requirements for North America to get this badge than in other countries?

I think the number of tags might be 80 for all regions and it's just that no one noticed to be honest. I was sure I was below 90 when I got mine too. Haven't gotten silver yet though even though I've roughly doubled what I had then.

It's just weird because every website and the guidebook say 100. I wonder what the requirements for silver and gold could be then?

Well my Streetpass plaza said 96 hits when I got mine and I had a few before ACNL released. So I'm certain everything else is wrong and they are just guessing. I think people just don't keep track.
I'm not sure if I've actually got enough for Silver yet as guides say anyway, ~ a lot of my recent streetpassers have had the audacity to not play ACNL.

It will get you the badge, but I think the other person has to have changed something in their house each time. I've noticed I don't get a streetpass hit for AC from my alt town unless I've moved something.
