Buying Stone Fence DIY recipe

I've apparently had horrible luck getting this to show up in my Nook Stop. If anybody has the Stone Fence DIY in your nook stop today I'll happily pay you some NMTs or Bells for it, whatever you feel is fair. Since they cost 1k miles, and some of your time, an NMT or two seems reasonable.
