Stitches is camping! But I have 10 villagers.

I really want Stitches. He's a dreamie and me being able to buy him is unrealistic. Is there any way I can get around him not being able to move in? Like, is there a way to have a friend hold him, will having a villager say they're going to move work? Anything? Thanks in advance.
