Still not getting the Police Station PWP

I've been playing in Granada for over two months now, and not one of my villagers has suggested putting a police station in. Have I been doing something wrong? Please help!

You haven't been doing anything wrong. You're just unlucky. So maybe you should try the swimsuit trick.

Put on a wetsuit and go into the water. Wait about 10 minutes, go back and walk in front of a villager to be pinged. If they don't suggest a PWP, try going out into the water again.

Just keep trying and eventually you'll get it. I know it can be annoying but once you get it it's worth it

I've been playing for a year and still not got it.

it's completely random, I never got it on my first game I had for a year, but on my second two towns it was the first project requested. As aetherene said do the diving trip. You can google it for a more detailed description but it helps a lot!

In my first town, the police station was one of my first PWP's.

I started my current town in February and just got it last week. Just be patient!

Its been over a year and I still haven't gotten it either. I've always gotten many other PWPs but never the police station.
