Still Able Sisters?

In the preview, I didn't see Able Sisters. Is it returning, and if so, where is it placed on the map, and lastly are we able to access it at the beginning of the game?

There isn't any places like that, you design the villagers houses. Although you could make a clothing store.

Since you unlock clothing by designing villagers' houses (to expand upon what 19cookies said), there isn't a need for the Able Sisters this time 'round. There's a QR sewing machine that you can unlock in the upstairs of your office (where the changeroom is), so it's possible to use QRs in the game as well.
