Starting over from the very beginning - visiting your shopping district?

After having both of my copies of ACNL stolen and finally having a brand new town and starting from nothing and nobody to help, I was wondering if anyone here would be willing to let me visit their shopping district.

I also very much need a golden axe which I can give bells for, just name your price (either bell tree bells or in game bells).
