I started my island with Antonio and Hazel. Obviously, their default houses are both pretty sparse. But Hazel has installed some basic flooring and wallpaper, built some furniture, etc. I don’t think Antonio’s house has changed at all after his first week in the building. He made himself a table, a clock, and a key holder (???), all in the same identical unfinished wood, and now stands in his barren home lifting weights.

Do the Uchis upgrade their homes more than the jocks? Does anybody have a starting jock who isn’t literally living in an empty white box? I don’t mind if their houses aren’t original or exciting, but his house is SO bleak that it makes me sad to go inside.

So my starting jock villager moved out a couple of days ago but I still have my starting uchi (Plucky) and she has not upgraded ANYTHING since she has been on the island. All she has in her house a bed, crafting table, a table, clock and that’s it. She hasn’t changed anything. My jock villager didn’t really change anything either. They’re both living in empty boxes. And I don’t want to give her anything bc I want her to move out

I don't think my Uchi, Cherry has upgraded her house very much. She put up a piece of furniture I gave her, her wood-block stuff is the colorful set, and she has a wallpaper though, so it doesn't look entirely depressing. Still a shame though, Cherry's actual interior looks way better. My jock, Billy, on the other hand is also living in an empty white box. I gave him an actual bed but I don't think he's used it.

My Diva hasn't done anything except make a table and clock. She's still using a sleeping bag, at least Flip made a comfy looking bed as well as the table.

I gave Antonio a bed and he kept the sleeping bag. They’re both in his empty house now. I don’t want to know which one he actually uses.

renee has crafted a good amount of wood-block furniture, and it's all the pastel variety so her interior doesn't look too bad. sprocket on the other hand, has a wooden table, a wooden bed, and a diy table. i've given him a bunk bed that he did not replace his original bed with, so now he has three sleeping options i guess. but that's it. at least renee's interior is colorful....sprocket's is just depressing.
