Starting a cycle thread i have a question!

So i'm starting a cycle thread and i was wondering would i have to get a 100% villager satisfaction rating so that villagers will begin to move out?

i dont think so
but getting 100% will make them more likely to tell u when they r leaving so no one leaves without pinging

Im pretty sure you dont. In my cycling town, I didnt do anything towards the satisfaction. Everytime I logged in Isabelle gave me the message saying I should go see her so she can explain it to me. I never did, and people pinged and moved out like normal
