ABSOLUTELY, map out what you want for pathes with flowers, put where you want certain PWPs, pick out your dreamies, flower patterns/bush/tree/etc.

ill describe it... the villagers are quite spread out.
retail and town hall are at the top.
river goes from teh west down to the south
plaza is near dock
