They are the starting prices if you pay an extra 2 Million on top of the starting price you can by it outright

Honestly, Sylvia doesn't go for anything at all. Nor does Clyde.

You would get lots of money for Julian, and a bit for Lobo.

If you're auctioning them, you'd need a starting bid, and then a buyout. Usually bids start at 1 or 2mil and go up a lot, especially with Julian.
