I don't believe so, much like if you dig up flowers, etc, you don't get to keep those. Basically anything you can get in your inventory, you don't actually get to keep.

I would not assume so. Usually anything happens in dreams, including things put into your pocket, don't carry over to the "real world."

I’m pretty sure time never changes in dreams. It always remains at the time that the dream was saved.
