Stall Recipe

Does anyone have any insight into getting the recipe for the Stall? I keep seeing people posting photos of their towns with stalls, which makes me think it's not a case of just randomly finding it in a bottle? Some sources say it's through the Nook Miles, but it's not on my list of redeemables? Any help?

Have you upgraded your Residence Services Tent? As soon as I had the Town Hall, the Stall has been available through Nook Miles daily.

I'm so embarrassed. I've just checked my recipes and I already have it. I must have done it as soon as I saw it for the first time and then completely forgot I'd done it. Forgive me.

yea it should be on nook miles after you upgrade the resident centre that's wierd it's not on there

It makes sense to lose track with all the different offers and options. I was so overwhelmed (but pleased?) when I realized we got access to all of the new "PWPs" at once—I thought they'd rotate daily, or only slowly unlock over time.
