Okay, I added your 3DS friend code, and you just have to add mine (2363-6362-6257). Then you'll go to your train station and look for my gate (it'll be "Sporkish Shannish"). As long as you have fewer than 10 villagers, including any fences that have just gone up, all you have to do is talk to Sprinkle and tell her to move in.
