I think it would be better if you go drop the 8 Mil off at your friends town, then she can either use my bank to withdrawl or fill her locker with it.
When your friend comes to my town I will have 8 items on sale at retail each priced at 999,999, it's a lot easier that way than dropping all that money on the ground, my retail is right beside the train station, so your friend can easily go to locker or bank for more money.

EDIT: your friend can purchase the first 4, then go talk to Sprinkle, then purchase the last 4 items.
