Is there a way to either remove the "spoiler:" or have the tag be completely blank like you could in TBT 2.0?

Spoiler:

You can name the spoiler like so:

[spoiler=Your Title Here]Your Content here[/spoiler]

This creates:

Spoiler: Your Title Here

Your Content here

You could also use an inline spoiler to make it blurred like so:

[ispoiler]Your Content Here[/ispoiler]

This creates:

Your Content Here

on a different note, is there a way to make it so that you cant see the spoiler’s content when quoting it?

I don't believe so unfortunately. Your best bet instead of quoting them if you wanted to avoid revealing the tagged content would be to @ them.
