lately I've been going nuts over just about anything with Tom Clancy's name on it. GRAW, Rainbow Six, Splinter Cell, etc. No, it's not just because it has TC's name on it, but because those series are really fun.

:P

So I already have GRAW 2 and Rainbow Six: Vegas basically guaranteed for my birthday in a few days, but I'm still wondering about Splinter Cell.

I'm mainly looking at chaos theory. I noticed that it's available on Xbox Originals, but it's more than double the price that it is at Gamestop, plus I don't have the memory space for it. Thing is, it's not on the list of compatibility for Xbox games. I could get it on the PS2, but I'd prefer it on the Xbox, and the controls are just awkward on the PC.

In short: Are games in the Xbox Originals thing automatically backwards compatible? Also, how does the PS2 version compare to the Xbox version?

This post was a lot longer than I expected. >_<

I can guarantee you that Chaos Theory is compatible with the 360.

I've played it many times, damn it.

Don't get the Xbox Originals, it has no multiplayer.

I've never been much of a Clancy fan.

Though, I do like Rainbow Six a lot...

But like, the Splinter Cell stuff never seemed that great to me.

I didn't like them much before either, but right now I love stealthy stuff... the ways of getting around in Splinter Cell are just genius. I've been getting tired of run&guns, so GRAW is perfect for me. Rainbow Six is a little bit less so, but the special tactics you can do are sweet.

Chaos Theory's multiplayer was the best on the Xbox after Halo 2.

Not sure how many people still play it, but I'm sure there are some.

I'll play it with you.

cool. It'll be good to play with someone I know first... that way I don't have 5 random people calling me a noob xD I heard it takes a lot of practice and stuff. It looks really fun though.

The game is three years old, I'm not sure how many people still play it.

It's 4 players maximum, 3v1 or 2v2.

I'm just guessing that by now, most people who play it are amazingly good at it.

oh right I forgot it's 2v2, I was just remembering that they brought it up to 3v3 in Double Agent, which doesn't seem nearly as good as Chaos Theory, imo.
