Special Stumps?

Does anyone know if it's possible to unlock these in HHD? Also how about tools, I know you can get the watering can but I haven't seen any of the others so far. I ask because I want to make a fishing hole for Rasher and have a fishing rod sitting out for him.

There's no special stumps and no tools.

Yeah I wish we could at least have the tools but there aren't any. I wish I could lave shovels and stuff in my gardens because I don't really like the tool rack with the hoe and stuff, but it's the closest to it.

I have the Nintendo Dream HHD guide, and there aren't any special stumps listed, so it didn't carry over from New Leaf sadly.
