Are we getting it? So far it's only been confirmed in Japan, and though we still have 2 months before the game launches, I'm skeptical about whether or not we're getting this cool XL. Thoughts?

I'm not really sure what they're going to do for NA and other regions for this game. They could possibly release it here or they could make a different one. We still have some time, I guess.
