Let me in on a secret, the only people the respect you are those who perpetuate the illusion that TBT has a point at all, and somehow want to be a part of something pointless, for various reasons.
Not only are you unfit for your job, you don't even seem to understand how unimportant you really are. I could leave TBT, and so could all the rational intelligent people, and what would you have? Some suckups and 10 year olds making mindless conversation. Some great thing you've poured your life into, isn't it?
