personally, i hate him. almost everytime i sonic he just spin dashes the whole time and does all his other bogus attacks.

his play style is pretty much hit and run. It's garbage when used by MOST [not all] FG players, yet cool to see in tournaments.

Neutral. Depends who is using him. I just hate when people use nothing but spin dash. I use Marth mainly so countering doesn't always work. It's hard to time when to hit him when he's spinning all the time.

I love Sonic because he's just my favorite character in general, but I understand why people don't (especially in Smash 4)

Are you kidding me? Sonic is one of my 3 mains (Besides Fox and Ryu), I love him! A lot of his attacks are just so cool. His punches, kicks, spins, and his Dair when he kicks down to the ground. Get out of here, you Sonic haters. ; ;

He's just too spastic and meh of a character. In brawl his taunts piss me off and his new ones still do. I've met a few good sonic players in my smash career but most just Dair off the stage.

Most of his moves from TV shows and stuff about Sonic INVOLVE spinning, which is like 75% of the point of him being fast. I personally use a lot of different moves when playing as him, but I do know what you mean when you say there's people that spam some of his moves. I've seen those people in For Glory and they disgust me.

While I've never really liked any Sonic games, I kinda have to have a soft spot for the franchise, because it was my first fandom. Had an online friend who roped me into starting a forum with me and the experience at that forum really was what changed me into the nerdy piece of garbage I am now.
