Giveaway someone hold marshal for me, please!

i'm going to restart my town soon, and the only villager i can't part with is, of course, my favorite villager.

he was the second move in in my town and i don't think i could simply settle for another marshal.

preferably, i'd rather a speed cycler (a careful speed cycler, one who hardly ever accidentally voids villagers) hold him for me, so i can get him quickly. but if not, then a person with over fifteen positive wi-fi ratings will do. i'd only need him to be held a day or two at the most, while i reset for a map, but after that, i could take him at any time.

i'm willing to pay one million bells for whoever is willing to do this for me and my eternal gratitude.
