Buying some specific items for a themed area

Hey guys! I've designed out a new area and I guess I've finally run out of TBT! So, I'm looking for how much IGB people want for these items--but please know, I'm more looking for how much I have to save up, because I'm sure I don't have enough ^^;;

Now, I will keep a counter of how much IGB I have, more for my own records. And some items I'm looking for I need multiples!

Current IGB savings: 250,000

Here's the items I'm looking for:
[ ] western style stone - gray 1/9
[ ] valiant statue (fake) 0/2
[X] stone lion dog - natural 2/2
[X] wedding arch - chic
[X] wedding pipe organ - white
[X] street lamp - black 4/4
[X] lighthouse - gray
[ ] glass holder with candle - white 0/9

heya! ^^ I do have a black lighthouse! As for the stone stuff... Yeah that's why I'm looking for someone who has extras xD;; right now I only have 64 stone :c
