Some new town critique and suggestions, please?

If you do not mind, I would love some critique and suggestions for my town, Honbijou. It's very new, but...
I do hope I'm in the right place...!

Below is my town map. The pink villager house is the only one whose position is positively permanent.

I also have my dream address at 5300-2984-2053.

I do have some plans in making a residential area, a 'government center' (with the town hall and station beside one another), and a 'shopping district' (consisting of Re-tail and the Cafe above it). Above the 'shopping district', I was thinking of a wonderful orchard/woody area.

However, I simply don't know where to place the campsite. I first considered it in the 'woody' area, but usually camping is meant for one to 'get away from it all', so I'm also considering the top right corner of the map...

If you'd like to help me with this, and give me any other suggestions/comments, it would be great. u v u Thanks, guys.

Too bad there's a villager on the upper right, above ReTail. I'd actually put the campsite there if it was me and make a whole campsite/woods area there. You still have plenty of room to do that even with the villager there though.

Well, I'd definitely consider waiting until Clay (the villager there) moves so that I can make a campsite area, so there's definitely an idea. Thanks so much for your suggestion! c:
