Some help with my new town

My new town is based off of Insomnia from ffxv so it's going to be modern.
Any ideas? I'll post a map when I can.

Any tips on modern towns in general will help

While I'm not familiar with FFXV, many modern towns have common traits: straight paths, all modern PWPs, maybe street lights/signs, fountain, garbage can, illuminated projects, tower, etc.

You could also try to align your villagers' houses. You'd want to lay down paths everywhere but the desired spot, and you'll have a higher chance of them moving there instead of in the middle of your landscaping.

Those are just some ideas, hopefully someone else can chime in who knows the franchise

I have not played FFXV but I would recommend looking at some modern theme dream addresses for inspiration.
