Would the villager be random each time? I can confirm that there is a 100% chance to get a camper in the campsite the day after it's completion, but are there any personality restrictions? Also, if anyone did this before, please tell me if it worked, and if it did, then about how many times it took to get the villager you were after? if it works, then it may be a great opportunity to get one of my dreamies.

The villager is random each time, the personality is random also. I've never tried it with the 100% chance, so I don't know how long it takes.

Nope, there are no personality restrictions at all. The camper is entirely random each time.
