So I complained about too many of the same species before but now I have 4 cats,,

So early on in the game I had four birds,, I hated having the same species but now I have four cats..I realized I just dislike birds ._. tho to be fair the birds had the peppy personality (er two of em..) While the other two were snooty..the cats are all different. Snooty Olivia Jock Kid cat Cranky Kabuki and Peppy Merry. Idk..it's just weird ._.

I personally like variety with my villagers but nothing wrong with having a lot of a certain species if you like them

To be fair, I think cats are pretty much the exception. I don't like too many animal repeats either (right now I have two horses and two wolves... though I'm not sure if I count Julian as a horse ) but, I mean, you can NEVER have too many cats!

I can't stand looking at birds but the cats are soo cute,, my only exception oh and the rabbits thats it :3

In the beginning of the game I had three penguins and hated that lack of diversity. In the end I will have at least 3 squirrels and 2 horses and will have no regrets about that plan of mine, I just love their designs so much! Like many others, I care more about diversity in personality.

I like to pair up my species and match their personalities. So for Raymond as a smug I'm trying to get Ankha as a snooty.

I have 3 bear cubs. And I only wanted a maximum of two villager species if I were to have more than one. My 3 bear cubs are Pekoe, Judy and Murphy. Pekoe because I love her, Judy because i'm trying to warm up to her and its working out okay so far, and Murphy because he's one of the only Cranky villagers I like as I'm not really a fan of the Cranky villagers.

I thought of replacing Murphy with a different Cranky, but it didn't work out, Murphy is too great to be replaced. So I gave in and accepted the fact that i'll have 3 bear cubs then. Perhaps they're my favorite species next to rabbits?
