I just encountered the rudest person I ever met on ACC (aka Animal Crossing Community)
I didn't think rude people existed in the Animal Crossing world (really didn't)
They called me greedy for trying to sell Ankha for 10mil (was trying to help someone sell Ankha before she was voided). They private messaged me this. Also they only had 11 wifi ratings ;__;

quoting what they said:

Person: dont have ten mil, but if you dont find anyone in time I have 1 million that I can pay

me: Thanks for the offer but my friend says only 10 mil , thank you hope you find her soon!

person: Its not necessarily me "trying to find her" its me willing to take any cat or rabbit characters and saving her from the void. What Im saying is, if you find no one, being stubborn over bells isnt going to get her out. No one will pay 10 mil even if its a dreamie, why do you think two people already havnt paid? I gave away a 7 mil dreamie for free the other day just to be kind, ACC doesnt react well to greedy posters so dont expect any replies on that post. I know these things and I joined two weeks after you did.......

Me: Some people have already messaged her asking to buy Ankha for 10 mil. I bought my Ankha for 10 mil aswell. Some people pay 50 mil for Ankha. And also the only reason why Ankha is being sold for 10 mil is because the last person bidded 10 mil but they retarcted the bid at the last minute so she was hoping to sell her for the exact amount. Sigh, really. I get that you are a generous person for giving away 7 mil, but really you didn't have to be so mean about it. "ACC doesnt react well to greedy posters" I was trying to be posters. I was just helping her out. :L

I am seriously so frustratedddddd oh my ;___;

Don't pay attention to people like that. I'm not very fond of entitled types. If someone wants to give their villager away for free, that is their choice. They don't deserve a medal for doing so. Yes it's incredibly kind, but when you're rubbing other peoples nose in it, it kind of takes away from the kind factor. If people want to ask for bells for their villagers which THEY got themselves, that is also their choice. In the end it's your game to do whatever you wish with. This website is definitely a lot more kinder, and understanding. LOL I've heard horror stories about ACC but jeez.

Self-entitlement grates on my nerves. Makes me less likely to give you a villager at all, with that kind of attitude.

I hope this makes sense, omg. I'm kind of out of it, but reading that made me mad.

i didnt know ACC was bad until someone came here with her town gutted from them. after that i decided id never even look at it again. im so sorry you had this experience tho bae ;-; youre not being greedy at all, no one but him is. if he thinks its your fault the person wants 10m then i have literally no idea what to tell him

It's sad to feel like there are some very rude people who play AC, but just remember that the community is so big and the game is so popular that there will always be some people like that, but they are definitely just the minority!
Don't worry about what you said, because you said nothing wrong or provoking! x3 Rude people are not worth feeling angry and upset over, but I know it's difficult to feel okay after harsh words or accusations. :[
Just remember that this person doesn't know anything about you, and trust me you are the opposite of greedy! :3 <3

i'm usually on the other side on this except* i just lurk and don't add drama to it. it's usually some guy saying he was offered 40 mil so he's only accepting 40 mil and the thread is in my face for the rest of the day cause no one is biting. ankha for 10 mil looks like a deal to me really. ankha is one of my last two dreamies but i don't cycle my main so there's nothing i can do about it.

haha! Ankha for 10 mil was to me me, surprisingly a good deal too! I've seen most Ankha's so so high D': I don't ever recall anyone buying Ankha for 1 mil, it does happen but rarely (So I wasn't sure what that guy was on about saying Ankha usually goes for 1 mil). ;-;
